We aim for your complete satisfaction, which is why we invite you to check your order upon receipt. Each order is inspected and approved before it is sent out for delivery. Due to the density of the product used for making the numbers and the cutting process, slight imperfections may be visible upon visual examination. Please note that these small imperfections do not affect the quality of our product.
However, if the item is damaged, please complete the form: "Replacement request" under the Warranty tab. If an error has occurred with your order, please notify us as soon as possible, we will correct it at our expense. However, if this is an error on your part, please refer to the "Return Conditions" section of our website.
If your purchase does not suit you, contact us at email@example.com without delay. You will have thirty (30) days from the date of reception to return the item to us. Note that for a non-defective product, shipping and associated costs are your responsibility. Also note that the “Modern” model is always personally assembled for your order, so this is a final sale.
To complete an exchange request, please complete this form (click here), we will respond by email within 24 to 48 hours.
As previously mentioned, the “Modern” and transportation costs are non-refundable. All items that have been unsealed will not be taken back. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in its original packaging. A 5% restocking charge will be deducted from the refund.
It's possible to cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped, however a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
