We aim for your complete satisfaction, which is why we invite you to check your order upon receipt. Each order is checked and approved before it is sent. If the item is damaged, please complete the form: "Replacement request" under the Warranty tab.
Due to the density of the product used for making the numbers and the die-cutting process, slight imperfections may be visible. Please note that these will in no way affect the quality of our product.
If your purchase does not suit your satisfaction, contact us at email@example.com without worry. You will have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to return the original item. Note that for a non-defective product, shipping and its associated costs are your responsibility. Please return the item in its original packaging to 585 Robitaille Road, Shefford, QC, J2M 1X2. We charge a 20% handling fee plus the cost of shipping for the new item. We do not offer any refunds. Only items received in their original packaging and in mint condition will be accepted. You must have our authorization to return an item to us.
Note that the modern number is always personally assembled for your order, so this is a final sale.
